TRANSMIXR, XRECO, EMIL and MAX-R Projects discussed areas of potential collaboration.
On March 21st 2023 an online meeting took place where researchers from XRECO, EMIL, MAX-R and TRANSMIXR projects, funded by Horizon Europe programme.
The participants introduced their projects and discussed areas in which they can collaborate and be of mutual support. The meeting generated many ideas for joint communication and dissemination actions as well as how they could join forces on the development and standardisation of the developed technology. As some of the objectives overlap in all four projects, sharing knowledge and lessons learned will help improve the quality of outputs and maximise their impact.
Researchers from the four projects now will dive deeper into mapping common challenges and discuss how to tackle them in the most effective way. Joint working groups will be set up and members will be invited to attend first requirements workshops with users and business clinics. There are also plans to organise a joint hackathon in the near future.
Exciting times of cutting-edge innovations being born are ahead for the European media and creative industries.
